Determining which tube to plug is very difficult especially when there are hundreds of tubes. Utilizing helium leak detection we can pinpoint the leaking tubes or tube sheet quickly and accurately.

We can test horizontal or vertical tubular heat exchangers. Our process involves applying helium pressure inside the shell and using a mass spectrometer helium leak detector to detect minute traces of helium escaping through leaks and into the tubes.
